Interviews can be nerve-wracking, but they don’t have to be. At DEUS, we see them as conversations—an opportunity for us to get to know you and for you to get to know us. If you’re preparing for an interview with DEUS, here’s what to expect and how to make the most of it.

The Interview Overview:

Here’s a quick breakdown of the steps in our hiring process:

  1. Resume Screening – Our recruitment team will review your application to see how your skills and experience align with the role.
  2. Intro Call with the Recruitment Team [30-45 min] – A friendly chat with our recruitment team to get to know each other and align expectations.
  3. Technical Interview [45-60 min] – A deeper conversation with one or two team members, where we’ll explore your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and approach to challenges.
  4. Technical Challenge [60-90 min] – Depending on the role, this might be a live problem-solving exercise, showcasing your work/portfolio, or a take-home task to showcase your skills in action.
  5. Final Decision – Once the process wraps up, we’ll be in touch—whether it’s an offer, feedback, or next steps down the line. We always want to share feedback, so if you don’t hear from us, give us a nudge—we’re not doing our job right!
